Abott down?

Is abbott (darcs.haskell.org) down?
          http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/darcs.haskell.org
says it is, and I can't access it.  Urk.

Should be working now. Load average is a little high, but I expect it'll
drop as things settle back down.

I've disabled the hackage trac, which I think was the cause of the
problem.

I hope someone can figure out why the Hackage Trac took down the entire server (in effect).
