 `HsDocString` is currently defined as

 {{{
 newtype HsDocString = HsDocString FastString
 }}}

 Alex Biehl and hvr mentioned that due to `FastString`'s (interning?)
 overhead it's not a good type to store haddocks. They suggested using
 `ByteString` instead.
