Need some help figuring out how to use the repl with reflex using only stack

I've created a minimal example to show you what I've tried. Below is also a truncated error log. Could someone help me figure out how to get ghci working with this example?

This doesn't directly answer your question, however in the case that all you want is to get started with a simple Reflex-DOM app, I'd suggest starting with obelisk:

Then you can just run `ob repl` to get into the repl.
