Patch proposal: Save arbitary data per-window

Dmitry Bogatov
Hello! Thanks for beautiful piece of free software.

I want to propose module, allowing saving data in per-window way.
I wrote it because I wanted have per-window keyboard layout state,
but module is very generic.

I did not introduced any new dependencies, but what is policy about
dependencies?

PS. Please, respond in any way, since I have doubts that this email will
arive.

I have heard no complaints, so applied. I took the liberty of making a
few changes to eliminate compiler warnings -- let me know if this broke
something for you.
