Problem with linking HDBC-ODBC

hanjoosten
Hi

Yesterday I upgraded to the new version of hdbc-odbc (2.2.3.1.). Then I rebuilt my own project, but the linker gives an error:

.
.
.
[88 of 90] Compiling CC               ( CC.hs, C:\eclipseworkspace_fp1\ampersand\out\CC.o )

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Is there anything I do wrong?
My environment is a windows machine. I use the haskell-platform. I upgraded to the current version of hdbc-odbc using cabal install.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi,

I 've got the same error .

I'm using :

- windows
- ghc version 6.12.3
- HDBC-odbc version 2.2.3.1
- HDBC-2.2.6.1
- I compiled my program like this : ghc --make myProg

Here is what I have done as a work around for now :
- installed an older version of HDBC-odbc using cabal (version 2.0.0.0)
- ghc-pkg unregister HDBC-odbc-2.2.3.1

and now the program compile (and link...) fine.

Cheers
