Where is `newTVarIO` defined ?

z_axis
I cannot hoogle it. It appears in Pugs:

run' ("-d":rest)                 = do
    info <- fmap Just (io $ newTVarIO Map.empty)
    let ?debugInfo = info
    run' rest

Sincerely!

The docs for it are in GHC.Conc but you probably wouldn't import it from there.
